Zingy Cilantro Sauce

A strong-flavored, satisfying, green sauce that can accompany just about anything.   (adapted from a chimichurri sauce from Argentina)

1 bunch cilantro

1 bunch parsley

4 cloves garlic

3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1 Tbsp tamari

1 Tbsp honey

2 Tbsp grated ginger root or fresh basil

1/3 cup tahini

Blend the first 7 ingredients in food processor until smooth, then add tahini at the end.  Store in glass jar and can keep refrigerated for a week.
