Can be made right in an empty salad dressing bottle or any glass jar.
- 2 tsp prepared mustard (brown or Dijon)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (raw is best so look for Braggs or Eden brand)
- ~ 2 tsp dried dill (crush this as you add to jar; can also used ¼ cup chopped fresh dill)
- 1 Tbsp tamari /soy sauce
- ~ 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 3/4 – 1 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp tahini (optional)
Combine in jar and shake well. Generally do not need to refrigerate this (unless perhaps if you are using fresh dill and it takes a long time to use up the dressing).
