adapted from Punch recipe in Nourishing Traditions Cookbook
- juice of 8 lemons
- 1/2 cup whey
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup unrefined cane sugar or maple syrup.
Combine all in a glass 2 quart jar and fill to the top with water. Cover, and let sit at room temperature for 3-4 days, then refrigerate. Will keep for 1+ weeks.
